  The Cattle Exchange became my favorite after my first meal at this super restaurant. With it's large windows overlooking the busiest corner in Canadian, you can watch the goings on of the small city while enjoying some first rate fare. The menu offers well prepared large portions of down home Texas cuisine, with each entree being carefully selected to showcase a different aspect of the offering in our great state. I had the Steak Salad, on the steak slices were cooked to perfection and it was a full and satisfying meal. I can't wait to go back and sample other items on their menu, and it remains the only place in the area that I know of where you can get Rocky Mountain Oysters .

  This place is one of the jewels of panhandle Texas.
  
  It is a little expensive but it is about as good of a Texas steakhouse that you can find here. Especially considering how small this town is.

  Mediocre food not worth the high prices. Took a group of three here took over an hour to get our food with a $60 bill. Waitress was great, but the kitchen was slow. Not coming back here for awhile.
